Nori Thai | Our Story

Becoming Nori

Nori in our name doesn’t mean seaweed as in Japanese. Our name came from the first two letters of Noodle and Rice. We’re two immigrants who were born and raised in Thailand. I can say that we eat noodles and rice every day. Also, our main dishes have rice or noodles as a main component. Nori’s originated from our love and loyalty that we have for food. We’ve been traveling all over, so we put whatever we love on the menu. With the hope that our customers will feel the same.

Our Thai curries carry deep, layered complexity rooted in tradition. Every bowl of Massaman and every plate of Pad Thai is made the way it should be — nothing dialed back.
